Ordering Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order the same day if its received before 3pm. We work on a next day delivery, so if your items are in stock and ordered before 3pm it will be dispatched the same day or the next day. Please allow up to 3 working days before contacting the store. Please note that payment is automatic at time of order, as your payment is processed directly with our bank to prevent card fraud.
Goods May be Subject to availability. Baby Unique reserves the right to alter any specifications on the products featured on this website without prior notice. All sizes and weights given are intended as a guide only and are approximate, as are colours.
Delivery
We are not able to deliver overseas and BFPO addresses.
All orders over £75 are FREE of charge*, orders under £75 will incur a £5 postage & handing charge*.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only, for deliveries to UK offshore islands, please select the relevant drop down at checkout for delivery outside of uk mainland.
We reserve the right to charge your debit/credit card the appropriate charge to orders placed with a delivery address outside of the uk mainland. This will apply if you have not contacted us by email before placing your order and been given a unique reference number.
Delivery is usually next working day, depending on stock availability. Smaller items may take up to 7 working days as these will be posted through Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
If goods are out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours either by telephone if number is provided or by email. (Monday - Friday).
If you are unavailable when the couriers try to deliver your goods, they will attempt to deliver again the next day, or they should leave a card telling you they have tried to deliver and to contact them to rearrange a suitable date and time.
* Uk Mainland Only
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both attempts and the items are returned to us, then we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 plus carriage costs, (this will be equivalent to our return courier fee, this will depend on the weight and size).
Deliveries will be between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Earlier or specified times can be arranged but there will be an extra charge, please call or email as soon as you have placed your order to discuss you delivery requirements.
Privacy Policy
Baby unique does not disclose any information on customers to any third party. The only exception being for our couriers delivery requirements.
Received Goods
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at your expense in the perfect condition they were sent and in the original packaging.
Please note that if goods are returned you will be charged the carriage costs in which we were charged in sending the goods to you.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.
If you do want to return goods you must:
1. Email returns@babyunique.co.uk explaining what your returning and why, with the date you purchased it.
Attach a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods, along with a copy of your receipt. (this must be attached to the outside of your package securely), otherwise this my result in a delay in processing your refund.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods, as per distance selling regulations.
This refund will only include the total of goods and will be less the delivery cost of sending it to you, this will depend on size and weights.

Exchanges
In extreme circumstances items as replacements may be sent out prior to receiving the original back, the replacement will be charged at full price, no discounts offered and refunded upon receipt of the original.
If items do not arrive at baby unique with 10 days of initial request, payment will not be refunded. Baby Unique takes no responsibility for items posted at your discretion, we recommend posting recorded delivery.
Guarantee
All of our products are covered by a 6 month Manufactures guarantee, apart from Bugaboo which offer a 2 year guarantee and Maclaren which offer a 1 year guarantee.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded if reported to us by email within 7 days.
If a manufacturing fault develops within the 6 month guarantee, where we can we will send out spare parts free of charge.
We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge, however the items must be sent to us at your own expense if out of the 7 day purchase period.
Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be chargeable along with carriage costs.
Please note that a £25 deposit will be required when returning goods back to the manufacturer. If your item is a manufacturing fault this deposit will be refunded, if the manufacturers report states that the fault is a non-manufacturing fault this £25 will not be refunded.

Buggy Boards
Please note that the use of a buggy board on any pushchair unless its there own brand of board, will automatically make any guarantee with the manufacturer null or void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of a buggy board will not be repaired or replaced free of charge.
You will also be required to send it back at your own expense and be charged carriage to return it back to yourself.
Cancellations

We are sorry but we cannot accept cancellations via the telephone as all correspondence must be documented for all parties concerned.
